After dinner, drinking tea and talking with gathered family and friends is a traditional way of relaxing. Throughout Asia, there are also teahouses, whose sole purpose is to serve high-quality tea and light snacks, providing a soothing and refreshing atmosphere to their customers.

But in the U.S., Europe, and other regions of the world, fine food is not always followed by such high quality tea. At restaurants, an excellent French meal is often concluded by "tea" consisting of a shriveled tea bag sitting in pot of lukewarm water...
